Why am I charge $5 for downloading Turbotax when I paid in Sams Club already (with no CD!)?

    There is no extra charge to download the program after you buy the 16 digit License Code.

    When you bought it at Sam’s store did you get the License Code?  Some people haven’t been going to the pickup window to get the actual package with the code after they pay.
