can anyone tell me why the bank yall use to send out refunds is sending me a check when i suggested direct deposit in the first place

I have been going back and for between irs my bank the company of turbo tax and i still do not have my refund i do not want a check i want it direct deposit.

most likely whn the DD reached your bank the deposit was refused for an unknown reason. There are many possible reasons for this including but not limited to a bad routing or account number. Did you ask your bank why it was refused? At this point It would seem the only option is a paper check.
