Question

Credit karma closed my account right after my return was accepted.what can I do to make sure my refund is direct deposited?

    If your account is closed, any attempts by the IRS to deposit your refund to the Credit Karma account will be rejected.  The IRS will then mail you a physical check.  Please see this link for more details on tracking your federal refund.
