Federal refund has been rejected

Hello,
I filed my taxes using TurboTax and my electric vehicle tax credit was rejected. The error codes "SA-F8936-048" and "SA-F8936-047" were displayed. I am driving a 2020 Tesla Model 3, which I purchased on 09/24/2024, and I would like to understand why the credit was rejected.
If anyone has encountered this issue before or has experience resolving it, I would really appreciate any guidance or advice.

    That error code indicates that the Dealer did not properly report the sale.

    Contact the dealer. 

     

    You can wait until the dealer uploads the information for the purchase into the IRS Energy Credits Online system, or file your return without the credit and file an amended return (to claim the credit) once the Dealer has updated the information.
