How can I get a second opinion after I file my taxes to see if everything looks correct?

"After I file...." Do you mean that you actually e-filed already? Or do you mean that you prepared the return and want someone to review it before you e-file---which would make a lot more sense. If you have prepared the return and have not e-filed it, then if you are using online software you can upgrade to "Live" and have an expert review it. Or if you used desktop software and have not filed you can pay a fee to have it reviewed by a tax expert.
