In the questions, I answered Virginia was my state of residence all year, I selected the county, and my address has not changed. When I check it over, it list the type of return as Part-year resident. Should I submit it as is?

No. If you were VA resident you need to file form 760 instead of form 760PY. As VA resident, you are subject to Virginia income tax on your entire income, whether it came from sources in or outside of Virginia.

Revisit your Personal Info/My info section and make sure you have entered VA as your State of Residence and answered No to the question about living in another state.
