I already have my 1120-s completed. I just need to file it. Is there a way to do that with Turbotax?

Please explain what you mean when you say the 1120's are completed. Completed where? How? If you completed them somewhere other than by using TurboTax, no, you cannot use TT to just e-file forms for you.

Yes, you can file S-Corp returns with TurboTax, but you will have to prepare the return on the software.
