I am not receiving a federal refund. Will the fee come from my state refund?

    If you cannot use the option to pay the TurboTax fees from your federal tax refund then you have to pay the TurboTax online account fees with a credit or debit card.  This assumes you have TurboTax online account fees owed.

    In the File section of the program on Step 1, you have to select Pay with credit card.
