Question

I filed my 2023 taxes today. I got an instruction to print my documents and mail them in. I would like further instructions.

I filed my 2023 taxes today. I got an instruction to print my documents and mail them in. I would like further instructions as there was no mailing address provided with the Desktop version of TurboTax 2023 that I purchased.

    This was supposed to be resolved with the last update. If you are using desktop software, you may need to do a manual update. What is a manual update?

     

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
