I have been using Turbo Tax for several years. However, something complicated came up and I have to have someone else file for me this year. However, I intend to file for myself with Turbo Tax next year.

Yes, complete the tax return and then in the File section indicate that you are going to print and mail the tax return so the filing process will be complete. And then do not print and mail the tax return.
