I purchased Turbo Tax from Sam's Club. I used the tool to file my taxes, but it didn't work, even though the AGI I entered matched exactly what was on IRS.GOV. However, Intuit doesn't really care that I spent money to get the federal online filing. Now i need to pay yet again to send the taxes overnight.
Do yourself a favor and don't use Turbo Tax. Their employees at the help desk are incompetent, lazy and rude.
