My returns were never accepted. It falsely shows that it’s accepted i never got my tax returns from last year these people are scamming

We have no actual details from you. We do not know why you think your 2023 return was "falsely accepted" ---why do you think the IRS did not accept it? What does it show --if anything--on the IRS refund site? You can still check the status of a 2023 refund on the IRS site. Do not look for the word "accepted" on the IRS site. The IRS uses other terms like "received" or "being processed", etc.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
