Question

once i comleted my turbo tax i usually receive a document titled "electronic filing instructions for your federal tax return" I didnt receive it this year like inthe past

i usually print this so that i have an overview of my return. i have talked to 3 reps from turbo tax and threy are unable to help. I have received this form in the past..

    This was supposed to be resolved with the last update. If you are using desktop software, you may need to do a manual update. What is a manual update?

     

    You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

    • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
    • Using a different browser
    • Opening an Incognito Window
