I am getting the same "locked forms" issue that many people have stated here. My question is if this is a big issue why hasn't Turbo Tax made the public aware of the issue so they can choose to go through the long process of filing their taxes, wait for the future, or file with another provider?

 

There should be a banner stating the service is down. 

 

Why has Turbo Tax accepted my money on the 2 returns I took a long time to complete as a small business owner, but not completed the return? If you cannot complete the return then you should not accept our payment.
