You can go back and change the amounts shown on Form 1095-A using the instructions below. Your months are listed under the "Month" column (It's the first column under Part III).

You would enter your numbers under the corresponding month.

To change your monthly amounts on Form 1095-A:

    1. Open your return.
    2. Click on the search icon at the top right of your screen.
    3. Type "1095-A" in the search box
    4. Click on the link "Jump to 1095-A"
    5. Answer "yes" to "Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?
    6. Select "Continue"
    7. Enter your corrected information on the screen that says  "Let's get the info from your 1095-A Form"

NOTE: You should leave the boxes blank. Do not enter a zero in the boxes when entering your Form 1095-A.

You will make your corrections on this screen.  Do not enter any zeros. Leave it blank if there's a zero.
