WHERE DO You check Passed away before filing this return?

    You will post that the person has passed away in the My Info section of the Online return.

     

    Log into TurboTax

    1. Select My Info from the Left Sidebar
    2. On the right side of the persons name click the arrow
    3. Select [Revisit]
    4. Post or [Continue] through the Personal Information
    5. Enter the Social Security Number [Continue]
    6. Let's check for some other situations
    7. Select 
    8. [X] I am preparing this return for XXXX, who has passed away.
    9. [Continue] to end of interview
