Question

Why does turbo tax say my refund was mailed? IRS says it was sent to my bank? So which one is it?

    If TurboTax is unable to deliver your refund via direct deposit, we will send you a check issued by Intuit, for the full amount of your refund, minus any fees. The check will be mailed to the address on your federal tax return. We want to make sure that the customer understands that they will not be charged for 5DE but may still have fees deducted from their refund if they chose to pay their TurboTax fees with their refund.
