Will I still receive my refund after receiving a tax advance and the irs reduced the amount of the return?

    No one the user forum---or at TurboTax---knows if you will still receive a refund.  TT never knows about offsets to your refund when the IRS takes it for child support or back taxes.  We do not know how much the IRS seized or how much your anticipated refund was.  Watch the IRS refund site for information and wait for the letter that the IRS will be sending to you in several weeks.
