will turbo tax online let me amend my tax and put that I will let someone else claim me and if so how?

If you are in the Online version of TurboTax select Personal Information > My Info when you log in.

1. Then My Info on the left sidebar.
2. Click the down arrow next to your name.
3. Your information will show.
4. Select [Revisit]

6. We'll also need your Social Security number [Continue]
