I received a 1099-MISC form for a Minnesota ONE-TIME TAX REBATE for the year 2023. I followed the instructions on filing this on my Federal 1040 form. However, the state tax form only lists the ONE-TIME TAX REBATE for the year 2021. I do not see any other year listed. How should I handle this?

In 2023, the Minnesota Direct Tax Rebate was issued to eligible taxpayers who for tax year 2021 resided in Minnesota for all or part of the year. You are correct to enter this adjustment for the One-Time Tax rebate for 2021.
