Amount on schedule b is greater than $1500 but part II and part III are not completed. How do I fill them in?

I completed my taxes and part II and part III of schedule B are not completed, though line 4 is greater than $1500. How do I complete those sections?

Line 4 on Schedule B is for interest income, while parts II is for dividends and part III is for foreign income. I think you believe the three are related but they report different types of income. You enter the dividends in the Interest and Dividends section of TurboTax, near where you entered your interest income, and the Foreign income in the Less Common Income section of TurboTax, then Foreign Earned Income and Exclusion, unless entered elsewhere on your tax return.
