Box 14 HCHWB, what category is this?

My wife, a nurse, got this bonus pay.  I believe due to some covid related relief.  What category do I choose?

You can contact the company for clarification. Box 14 is primarily informational and the company got to make up the letters. If it is related to something taxable in your state, then choose the matching option. Otherwise, just select the bottom "Other" option.
