Box 14 what category?

I have five items in Box 14 that are listed as S125.  Turbotax will only let me use "Other" as the category one time.  What do you put in the category? The withholdings are for medical, vision, dental, life and legal insurance.

You can use the Other category for all of them.   Scroll down to the bottom of the list.   Enter each item/amount on a separate lines.   When you enter the first, click on Add another box 14 item and it will create another line.
