When is this going to be released or fixed. I’ve been waiting for a while now. This doesn’t apply to me anyway to skip it and efile my return.

Yes, Form 8881, Credit for Small Employer Pension Plan Startup Costs and Auto-Enrollment, doesn't apply to very many taxpayers.

If you accidently triggered this form in your tax return and you don't need it, you can delete the form and file your return.

Here's how to do that:

  1. Open your return in TurboTax.
  2. Select Deductions & Credits.
  3. In the left-side menu, select Tax Tools, then Tools.
  4. Select Delete a form, from the list in the pop-up window.
  5. Check the list for Form 8881, select Delete to the right of the form.
  6. Confirm your Delete, select Continue.
  7. Select Continue with my return, then Review.
  8. If you are otherwise done, you can proceed to file after you run the review.
