Exactly what kind of document are you trying to enter? Is it a 1099R for retirement income? If your bank is not on the drop down list to allow importing it, you can click on "I'll type it in myself" and just key it in by hand.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

Or are you trying to do something else?
