How do I fix the Sch IN-OCC section of my tax form? its asking for a project No

If you're claiming a credit on Schedule IN-OCC, Other Certified Credits, you need to enter a Certification/Project Number. 

 

If you received a Schedule IN K-1 that reported the credit, you can find the code there.  Otherwise, you should have received a credit certification letter from the authorizing entity with the relevant Certification/Project Number information.
