If you have reached the end of the review of your taxes and the system says that you are ready to file then you just need to follow the prompts.  

 

You will have to decide how you want to pay for the software and then you will have to enter the information necessary in order to efile the tax returns.  

 

Once you have done that you will be finished and you will receive an email from TurboTax letting you know that your return has been submitted to the IRS and another email shortly after once the IRS has accepted or rejected your tax return.
