Medicare Premiums are deductible, but how and where can I deduct other medical expenses as self-employed? I do not itemize deductions.

Only the health care premiums are reported as an Adjustment to Income for self-employment.

Other medical expenses are reported on Schedule A as itemized deductions.

Thank you. But in my opinion - other medical expenses should be also deductible, as well as premiums.

Despite your opinion, they aren't deductible unless you itemize and all your itemized deductions are greater than the standard deduction.  Which is why I don't worry about medical expenses, mortgage interest, donations, etc.
