How to uncheck an item when it is mistakenly checked

Asked if I paid points in 2022. I mistakenly checked that I refinanced which is wrong.  How do I uncheck the box

Your best option is to delete (trashcan icon) the Form 1098 you entered with the incorrect information. This will remove any prompts or worksheets that were generated by checking the refinance box. Delete the wrong form and re-enter.
