I already did taxes. But irs says do my business taxes too im registered but have not worked do I have to file business if I've not done any work???

You don't need to file a business tax return if you had no business assets or receipts during the year. However, you should have informed the IRS of that on the business return of the previous year, that that was your final tax return. If you received a notice from the IRS requesting a tax return for a year you had no assets or receipts, inform them of that and that should resolve the issue.
