Question

I am filing jointly, however Turbo Tax wants me to enter an address in copy 2 of form 5695. I'm not able to enter an address, nor can I remove copy 2 of the form enter?

How do I remove Form 5695 Copy 2 from my return?

To delete copy 2 of form 5695 take the steps below:

 

  1. On the menu bar on the left that shows. 

  1. Select Tax Tools 
  2. On the drop-down select Tools 
  3. On the Pop-Up menu select Delete a Form 
  4. This will give you all of the forms in your return 
  5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete 
  6. Select the Form 
  7. Click on Delete. 

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences. 

 

If you are  using the desktop version, you can switch to forms mode, highlight copy 2 and then click delete in the lower left hand corner.
