I cannot key in the amount received on Schedule K1 in the Turbo tax program, Home and Business. That field is grayed out to Update. Why can't I key in the K1 amount?

Are you using TurboTax Online Premium or some other version?

 

If I was experiencing this issue in TurboTax Online, I would consider exiting the program and re-entering the program using a different browser.

 

However, you may seek Live Tax Advice by clicking the Live Tax Advice button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
