Question

I inadvertently populated a Form that I didn't need. I removed the Form and the Form keeps showing up as part of the review process and this error does not let me e-file.

The Form referenced above is Form 2441. I removed the Form under Tax Tools > Tools > Forms > Delete. I also reviewed the "Deductions & Credits" tab and the information is removed from there as well. However, when I press "Federal Review" there are errors related to missing address/missing information related to Form 2441, which do not let me e-file. I also already paid for the Turbotax services, so I can't "Clear & Start Over" my return...

Followed the steps in the post step by step and still have the same error when I hit the "Federal Review". For some reason, there are still inputs on the Form, even though I completely removed it from both the deductions and credit window and the Forms view...

Look for a worksheet related to that form that also will need to be deleted.
