Im trying to personally edit line 21 of form 5695 and it wont let me or show me that specific line. how can i personally edit

Are you using TurboTax for Desktop? If so, you can make that change easily using Forms Mode (How do I manually fill out my tax forms in TurboTax Desktop?).

If you're using TurboTax Online, you'll need to return to the Residential Energy Credits topic and go through the interview until you find the address that needs to be updated. See How do I add or remove Form 5695?
