Inability to e-file

I tried several times to e-file, but no matter which credit card I use, the system says it is unable to process my charge.  I checked my name, credit card number, security code, etc.  But nothing seemed to work.  So I elected to pay the Turbo Tax fee by having it deducted from my federal refund.  I got this message:  "Refund transfer payment method isn't available right now.  To finish e-filing your return, select the option to pay with your credit card or try again later."   Very frustrating.

    First try to clear your cache and cookies, then try again. If using TurboTax desktop, check for updates under the 'Online' tab, then try to efile again.
