Question

My wife has a small business that we've filed for in the past. This year she had some expenses but no income. Do we still file for small business even with no Income?

Yes, you can still claim your operating expenses without reporting any income.   Plus, if you don't include it, TurboTax will make you delete the business so you would have to reenter it next year to report any income or expenses.
