I have  foreing bank accounts more than 10,000 but less than $100,000 (no Form 8938).  I need to file FBAR but the Sch B Part III item 7a notes No should be Yes.  How do I fix this problem. Thank you

For now, ignore the Schedule B reporting discrepancy.  Your main issue is that you need to file an FBAR because your aggregate amounts are more than $10,000 and you are aware of this fact.

Turbo Tax does not support the filing of your FBAR but you would file that separately here on the US Treasury website. Click on the link to support and electronically file your FBAR report.
