Not importing bith partners from 2022 1065

I guess this glitch STILL hasn't been fixed. I am having the same problem trying to enter the 2nd partner who IS on the 2022 return. To think that we pay for this software and it will not perform properly . Posts are from 2019 and 2020 and now here it is 2024 and still not fixed. I dread having to spend time on the phone trying to get this fixed !

Well, the cause was found after a rep spent much time and was determined to figure it out. It turns out that somehow on 2022 return I must have answered a question incorrectly that caused it to be checked off as Final K-1's top right hand side of K-1. Once we changed that, we then started 2023 interview again and imported. That fixed it. The partner info was all there. I also had to file an amended return for 2022.
