Schedule F system issues
I have been trying to get our farm income and expenses entered for over a week now and constantly am getting an error from TurboTax saying “hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section. Let’s get you back to your taxes. Make sure your internet is connected, and then select Try again or check back in a few minutes”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app (using it on iPad Pro), tried to access it from Google Chrome browser as well as safari, called customer service numerous times for help…. And I am STILL getting the same error code. I know it’s not my internet as it brings me back to the main page just fine and updated the app this evening as well. Someone please figure it out. Doing our taxes is a big enough pain without the system making it even worse. Otherwise, I’ll go to someone else to have them done and you guys will just loose the business.
