"This business no longer exists" doesn't save when checked
This is for Turbotax 2023. I'm filling out my state section of taxes and am trying to check the box for "This business no longer exists". However, when I hit continue and then go back to the Business Information page I see that the box is no longer checked. When I generate the tax forms I also see that the "Business out of existence" lists it as N.

If I check the box and then generate the PDF of the filing form I see the below output which is incorrect.
