What does this mean Sch IN-OCC: Certification/Project No is invalid.

The schedule IN-OCC is for some very specific credits in the state of Indiana.  If you have done any of the projects that qualify for this credit then your project was issued a project number which must be entered here in order to claim the credit.  If you have one of those projects enter the number here.  If you do not then leave this blank.
