Where do i add schedule 3 line 13b

I repayed  wages so now i need to add in that amount on a schedule 3  line 13b

Under 'Deductions and Credits' you need to scroll down to 'Other Deductions and Credits' at the bottom.  Then 'Other Deductible Expenses' at the bottom of that.
