I work for a company based in California. W2 has line 17 state income tax withholding. Also line 14 CA SDI withholding. I live year-round in Florida, never go to CA and never work in CA. When I fill out CA tax return, I am able to declare non-resident and get back the state income tax, but I don't see a way to get back the CA SDI.

You cannot get a refund for improperly withheld CASDI on your California tax return.  You must file a Claim for Refund of Excess California State Disability with the Employment Development Department.
