Can my medicare pard D premiums be entered for my Wisconsin return and if so, in what box?

I am on the Medical Care Insurance portion of the state return. The instructions say to enter out-of-pocket costs and to include any amount deducted from your monthly social security for Part B and D. Where do I put this information.

    I found the answer, not sure why they are not correcting this issue.
