Question

I WANT to itemize my deductions, but the system won't let me. I click on the "Change my deduction" link and it doesn't change from standard to itemized.

I want to itemize because I need to for Wisconsin Homestead Credit. This issue came up last year too, but I was finally able to itemize my deductions. What do I do so all of these deductions can be used?

    To switch from standard deduction to itemized deductions, follow the instructions in this FAQ for your TurboTax product. 

     

     You might also clear your cache and cookies prior if you are using TurboTax online product.
