In "Here's the income that Ohio handles differently" should the medical expenses amount include my medigap premiums?

I itemize. I have already entered the medigap premiums in my federal form, but that amount is not included in the filled-in suggested amount in the Ohio form.

    Yes, any expenses you paid out of pocket on your federal medical are allowed on your state medical. Change the entry.
