    Form 1041 has a space on line 14 for deductible attorneys fees.  PA-41 schedule DD carries those same expenses onto the PA-41 for Pennsylvania.  If you are using TurboTax you only need to enter it once in the deductions and credits section of your estate tax return and the system will enter the costs where they belong.
