I have a >$900k amount in "other income" yet the only item I have entered is $1153 on state refund? This results in an estimated $900,000 refund? I have searched every line within the area of other income taxes and they are all zero. I also have NO W2 (retired)...where could the error come from? THANKS!!!

Please clarify what you are seeing, and exactly where you see it. You mentioned "other income" and "other income taxes." Those are two different things. Other income would be money that you received. Other income taxes would be money that you paid. Then you said you have a "$900,000 refund." That's neither other income nor other income taxes. So exactly where is the $900,000? Look at your Form 1040, not a screen in TurboTax. Which line on Form 1040 has the $900,000?

If you are using TurboTax Online, see the following FAQ for instructions to view your Form 1040.

How do I preview my TurboTax Online return before filing?

If your tax return is showing a $900,000 refund on Form 1040 line 34 you probably mistakenly entered some extra digits, or omitted the decimal point, in an amount of tax withheld or an estimated tax payment. Check your entries of those amounts.
