Why is innovative motor vehicle stopping me from filing, i never selected this yet its stopping me

This is extremely obnoxious

Dr0617 form is used to calculate the innovative motor vehicle and innovative truck credit available for your purchase or lease of a qualifying motor vehicle or truck.

If that does not apply to you:

Open your CO state return
continue until you get to the screen Take a look at Colorado credits and taxes
Scroll down to Innovative Motor Vehicle Credit
On the screen Motor Vehicle Tax Credit Assigned to Financing Company? Answer Yes. (your answer won't be part of your state return).
