2021 Refiling

For some reason I can't refile my 2021 return using Turbo Tax. It asks me to pay the filing fees again. How do I refile for free like with 2022 and 2023

Does it show "REFILE" beside your return?

All it has is a a PDF 2019 2020 2021but no refile option for those years.

The issue with that Is that I'm having difficulties locating the entries I made on Turbo Tax to CRA's complicated income tax form. Is there anyway to do this through TurboTax? Why was refiling removed for those years?

You should be able to see what line numbers they are when in TurboTax you will need to click on the drop-down arrow on top just below your refund or tax owing- it will show you your tax summary. Once you know the line number you need to change go into your CRA My Account to make the adjustments.
